 How to Make a Chicken Livers?

Ingredients:

    • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
    • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
    • 1 tablespoon grainy French mustard
    • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • ¼ teaspoon fennel or anise seeds
    • 10 fresh curry leaves, if available
    • 3 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
    • 450g (1lb) chicken livers, trimmed and separated into 2 lobes each
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    • 8 tablespoons single cream
    • 3 tablespoons finely chopped green coriander

Put the turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and mustard into a little bowl together with 2 tablespoons of water. Blend together well and set this flavor glue aside.

Tips:
